Madison BBQ Saloon
Madison is the fast casual, quick service restaurant version of the original Pink Heifer in Monticello, known as the Mothership. Its smaller, deliberately limited menu is designed to move quickly for lunch, pickup, delivery, game days, and late night without changing what makes Pink Heifer Pink Heifer.
Both restaurants are supplied by the same central Pink Heifer smokehouse and kitchen, using the same recipes, ingredients, quality, and standards. Food is prepared centrally and delivered fresh each morning.
