Monticello Mothership
Pink Heifer's full-service home inside the historic Monticello House. Come for a complete barbecue menu, a full saloon, confirmed live music, and private event spaces with Old West character.
Madison BBQ Saloon
Madison is the fast-casual sister restaurant to the original Pink Heifer in Monticello. Its smaller, focused menu is built for lunch, pickup, delivery, game days, and late-night State Street schedules.
Barbecue is prepared by the central Pink Heifer smokehouse and delivered fresh to Madison, where the State Street team preps, carves, and serves it.
A smaller menu, counter service, and a faster format built for downtown schedules, takeout, and delivery.
Pink Heifer recipes, ingredients, quality standards, and Wisconsin hospitality.
